Our Philosophy Physicians Exchange of Honolulu, Inc. was established by members of the medical profession to increase the accessibility and availability to their patients and the public. The need for reliable communication capability was recognized as a service not only to the medical community, but to allied health professionals, who assist in the health care needs of patients. The Exchange also participates as a member of MEDICOM - the civil defense communication link to physicians and allied health professionals. | ||||||||
